Job summary

Inside Contracting in Prudhoe is seeking a Scheduling Co-Ordinator to collate weekly job requests for our Cleaning and Flooring Division. You will construct daily schedules for cleaning and fitting teams, review travel plans, and ensure SLAs with builders are met.

Backed by a busy environment, you will work in a team, develop strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, and manage high workloads during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong administration skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel/MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, collate and process weekly job requirements from site managers, sales personnel and senior contracts managers.
• Manage daily instructions related to changes, cancellations and additional last-minute work.
• Handle reported defects within agreed timescales.
• Coordinate multiple communication channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, text).
• Create efficient work schedules for cleaning and fitting teams across the North of the UK and share with teams.
