Inside Contracting is an established market leading business that operates across multiple sectors including new build housing, care, education, hospitality, residential and construction. We work with many North East and Yorkshire based clients to deliver tailored bespoke solutions for flooring, interior design, exterior design, window dressings, 3 D plans, bespoke furniture and lighting and soft furnishings. Our services also include cleaning, specialist cleaning such as brick, drive, and patio cleaning, as well as carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Due to expansion and growth across the business, we are seeking an individual to join our established team within our Cleaning and Flooring Division, who is adaptable in dealing with a variety of clients and their end users.
This role is to communicate with New Build Housing sites to collate their weekly job requests for our Cleaning and Flooring Division. We support several sites across the North East, Durham, Teesside and Yorkshire regions and require someone to join us in streamlining our scheduling team. The Scheduler will construct daily work schedules for our cleaning and fitting teams, reviewing efficient travel plans and team abilities.
You will be proactive in managing defects, ensuring SLA agreements with our builders are met. We operate in a busy and demanding environment, and at times workloads become high, especially during quarter end, half year and year end periods.
You will be working in a team, and you will need to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
You must be quick thinking and highly motivated, with the ability to perform under pressure. The industry is changing daily, so you will need to welcome new challenges and be willing to learn new skills.
