Job summary

Job&Talent is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the successful delivery and growth of a key global client. You will manage daily worker bookings, ensure accurate payroll input, and oversee attendance, performance, and disciplinaries to maintain service levels.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while building strong working relationships across teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in coordination, recruitment, or site support in high-volume staffing/logistics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues effectively
• High attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, problem-solving approach to decisions

Responsibilities

• Managing worker bookings daily in line with client requirements and parameters
• Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into payroll system
• Temps management: daily check-ins, attendance and performance, return-to-work interviews and disciplinaries
• Handling colleagues' queries
• Good planning and organisation
