Job summary

Inside Contracting is seeking a Scheduling Co-Ordinator to join the Contracting Division in Prudhoe. You will coordinate weekly job requests from new build housing sites and construct daily work schedules for cleaning and fitting teams across the North of the UK.

You will manage defects, ensure SLA adherence, and handle high-pressure periods with a proactive, team-driven approach. Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong administration skills.
• Excellent computer skills, with Excel/MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as a positive team player.
• Knowledge of local areas and use of Google Maps.
• Able to commute to Prudhoe, Northumberland daily.
• Experience in the new build sector desirable but not essential.
• Self-driven, proactive and take the lead.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, collate weekly job requirements from site managers, sales personnel and senior contracts managers.
• Manage daily instructions relating to changes, cancellations and last-minute additions.
• Manage and action all reported defects within agreed timescales.
• Control multiple communication channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS).
• Create efficient work schedules for multiple cleaning and fitting teams across the North of the UK.
• Make outbound calls to organise customer care bookings.
• Any other duties relevant to this role.
