Job summary

Here at WPS we have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduler to join our growing Responsive Maintenance team in Skelmersdale.

Working on social housing maintenance and improvement programmes, you'll play a vital role in ensuring works are planned efficiently, resources are utilised effectively, and residents receive an excellent service throughout project delivery. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in scheduling, planning, logistics or workforce coordination, ideally gained within construction, property services or social housing environments.

As a key member of the operational team, you'll work closely with Site Managers, Supervisors, Operatives and Residents to ensure the smooth delivery of responsive maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate works, labour, subcontractors and materials across multiple projects. Manage schedules and diaries to maximise productivity and meet programme targets. Liaise with clients, residents and operational teams regarding appointments and updates. Maintain records, produce reports and support KPI and customer satisfaction targets.
