Job summary

WPS in Skelmersdale is seeking a Scheduler to join our Responsive Maintenance team, ensuring works are planned efficiently and residents receive an excellent service throughout project delivery.

You will work closely with Site Managers, Supervisors and Operatives to coordinate schedules, allocate resources and maintain records, supporting KPI targets and customer satisfaction. Experience in social housing, construction or property services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Scheduler, Planner, Coordinator or Logistics role.
• Strong organisational and diary management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working to deadlines and performance targets.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate works, labour, subcontractors and materials across multiple projects.
• Manage schedules and diaries to maximise productivity and meet programme targets.
• Liaise with clients, residents and operational teams regarding appointments and updates.
• Maintain records, produce reports and support KPI and customer satisfaction targets.
