Job summary

WPS in Skelmersdale is seeking a Scheduler to join our Responsive Maintenance team. You will coordinate works, manage diaries and ensure residents receive a high-quality service across social housing projects.

You will work with site managers, supervisors and operatives, using MS Office tools to keep schedules on track and report on KPI targets, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Scheduler, Planner, Coordinator or Logistics role.
• Strong organisational and diary management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working to deadlines and performance targets.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate works, labour, subcontractors and materials across multiple projects. Manage schedules and diaries to maximise productivity and meet programme targets.
• Liaise with clients, residents and operational teams regarding appointments and updates.
• Maintain records, produce reports and support KPI and customer satisfaction targets.
