Scheduler (Service Co-Ordinator / Planner)

Location: Abingdon (OX14 1RL)

Working hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Office based)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Service Co-Ordinator, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our field engineers, coordinating critical work, solving problems, and ensuring we deliver on our promises.

You will:

• Plan and schedule field engineer visits, responding quickly and effectively to changing customer needs.

• Deliver outstanding service in every interaction, whether on a call or through email.

• Work closely with engineers, coordinators, and the wider business to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
