The post holder will be highly motivated in working as part of a team to provide excellent administrative support to the clinical team.
If you are adaptable, work accurately and happy to work to deadlines, you have what this role needs! You will join an experienced team, working to complete all functions involved in the preparation, scanning and coding of all patient correspondence.
The primary responsibility is to accurately read all patient related communications, identify the relevant information and code in the patient electronic record.
Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice.
We are a large, busy practice with 18,700 patients. We have 10 GPs, 4 Nurse Practitioners, a practice Pharmacist, 5 Practice Nurses, 4 HCAs, an FCP, a social prescribing team, mental health practitioners, prescribing team and a superb group ofhighly committed and enthusiastic administrative and reception staff.
