Job summary

Henry Blue Ltd in Manchester (M22) is seeking a Scaffolding Learner Coach to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. You will coach, mentor and assess apprentices, delivering knowledge both in the workplace and classroom.

Role includes diary planning, evidence capture for learning outcomes, and progress reviews. Desirable TAQA/CAVA/A1 or D32/33 qualifications, strong communication, and organisational skills are essential.

• Extensive scaffolding experience, ideally from industry or training provision.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for planning and managing your own diary effectively.
• Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.
• Deliver coaching and mentoring sessions both in the workplace and classroom combined.

Responsible for coaching, mentoring, tutoring and assessing students on the Scaffolding Level 2 standard

One of the UK s leading apprenticeship providers is looking for a passionate Scaffolding Learner Coach to join their growing team.

The Learning Coach will support the apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required to be demonstrated within the apprenticeship. This will consist of coaching and mentoring sessions, knowledge delivery out in the workplace. You will work closely with other Learning coach s to ensure that the skills and knowledge learnt in the classroom will be embedded in the workplace. You will take part in discussions with employers to build good relationships and be involved in updating all parties on the apprentice s journey through progress reviews. You will be expected to embed maths and English into your delivery to ensure that learners that do not have the required level of Functional skills or equivalent can pass the exams.

Desirable

Teaching, Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
