Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience delivering storage solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Dell EMC storage devices and Unisphere.
• Experience supporting a range of storage technologies and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for enterprise storage environments.
• Support storage devices across Live, Development and Test platforms.
• Deliver change, project, migration and transformation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage-related incidents.
• Work within incident and change management processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service availability and project delivery.
