You’ll apply strong JavaScript and UI skills, delivering scalable solutions and robust integrations with external systems.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and best practices, with flexible working options. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and CIS or equivalent certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform and delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Strong JavaScript and UI development skills with hands-on delivery experience.
• Knowledge of integration patterns using APIs and web services.
• ServiceNow CIS or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and customization of complex ServiceNow applications.
• Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across IBM and public/defence sectors.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via APIs and web services.
• Ensure development aligns with governance, security, and best practices.
