Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Service Designer (SC Cleared) to lead end-to-end service design workstreams for public sector projects. You will define approaches, artefacts and outputs tailored to client maturity, while mentoring junior colleagues and shaping tools within the AI & Digital Factory community.

You will join a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid UK role, contributing to business development and the growth of the service design capability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing services and products for complex environments.
• Led service design workstreams with multiple clients or projects autonomously.
• Deep expertise with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and public sector design.
• Defined artefacts and approaches based on client maturity and parameters.
• Facilitated workshops and ideation to progress through design sprints.
• Experience in an agile cross-functional team and storytelling for stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting; familiar with UCD processes.
• Hold active SC (Security Check) Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service design workstreams for public sector clients.
• Define approaches, outputs and artefacts tailored to client needs.
• Deliver high-quality service design artefacts with impact and consistency.
• Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with diverse stakeholders.
