Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to own day-to-day management across a complex multi-supplier IT landscape. You will drive governance, performance and continuous improvement across Service Desk, End User Compute, and supplier teams.

The role requires leadership during major incidents, strong stakeholder management and a background in security-regulated environments with active SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Service Operations in large, multi-supplier environments.
• Strong ITIL4 and IT service management knowledge.
• Experience with Service Desk and End User Compute services.
• Experience with governance, major incidents and risk management.
• Active SC clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily and weekly governance of IT service management activities.
• Coordinate Service Desk, End User Compute, regional teams and suppliers.
• Monitor service health, SLA performance and operational risks.
• Provide leadership during major incidents and critical events.
• Manage ServiceNow governance and platform improvements.
• Drive automation, self-service, reporting, and efficiency.
• Support service introduction, readiness, and early life support.
• Maintain governance, audit readiness and service records.
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement across service operations.
