Job summary

Lorien is recruiting for a Senior Data Transformation Lead to drive a 12-month FM sector data programme. The role is hybrid with 1-2 days onsite across Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton.

You will own data governance, KPI libraries and reporting architecture to support operational performance and strategic decision-making. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record delivering large-scale data transformations, strong BI expertise (Power BI) and experience across multiple data sources.

Qualifications

• Leading complex data, analytics or reporting transformation programmes.
• Data governance, data quality and information management expertise.
• KPI framework development and reporting standardisation.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, integration and reporting architecture.
• Advanced Power BI and business intelligence knowledge.
• Experience across multiple data sources and resolving data quality issues.
• Stakeholder management at all levels with the ability to influence.
• UAT, implementation, adoption and transition-to-BAU experience.
• Strong workshop facilitation and programme management capability.

Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data and reporting transformation programme.
• Establishing data governance, ownership, quality standards and reporting frameworks.
• Developing KPI libraries, definitions and reporting standards.
• Reviewing and rationalising existing reporting landscapes.
• Defining data models, integration requirements and reporting architecture.
• Working closely with technical specialists to implement automated reporting solutions.
• Driving stakeholder engagement, workshops, UAT and business adoption.
• Providing knowledge transfer and ensuring a smooth transition into BAU operations.
