Job summary

Carbon 60, Inc. is seeking an experienced FM Data Transformation Lead to drive a major data and reporting transformation across a large Facilities Management function.

This role focuses on consolidating data sources, reports and KPIs into a single trusted framework to improve data quality and decision-making. You will lead governance, KPI design and ensure delivery of Power BI dashboards, working with FM leadership, operations and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data, reporting or BI transformation programmes.
• Strong Power BI, reporting and analytics background.
• Experience of data governance, data quality and KPI standardisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading a business-critical FM data and reporting transformation programme.
• Reviewing and rationalising existing reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Establishing data governance, ownership and data quality standards.
• Defining KPI frameworks and performance reporting standards.
• Working with technical teams to improve data flows, integrations and reporting capability.

• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders across FM, Property and Estates functions.

FM Data Transformation Lead

Contract | Hybrid - in Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton | £70 per hour Inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced FM Data Transformation Lead to lead a major data and reporting transformation programme within a large Facilities Management function. This role will focus on bringing together multiple data sources, reports and KPIs into a single, trusted reporting framework. You'll work closely with FM leadership, operational teams and technical stakeholders to improve data quality, standardise reporting and drive better decision‑making across the business.
