Job summary

Lorien in the UK is seeking an experienced FM Data Transformation Lead to drive a major data and reporting transformation programme across a complex enterprise. You will own governance, data models, KPI libraries and automated reporting, shaping how data supports operational performance and strategic decisions.

Hybrid work (1–2 days on site) across Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton is available on a 12-month contract.

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data and reporting transformation programme.
• Establishing data governance, ownership, quality standards and reporting frameworks.

• Reviewing and rationalising existing reporting landscapes.
• Defining data models, integration requirements and reporting architecture.
• Working closely with technical specialists to implement automated reporting solutions.
• Driving stakeholder engagement, workshops, UAT and business adoption.
• Providing knowledge transfer and ensuring a smooth transition into BAU operations.

• SC Cleared Data Transformation Lead - FM Sector
• Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton (Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite per week)

Lead a Business-Critical Data Transformation Programme

We are seeking an experienced FM Data Transformation Lead to drive a major data and reporting transformation programme within a complex, enterprise-scale environment. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile initiative, creating a trusted, governed and sustainable data reporting capability that will directly influence operational performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Duties
