Job summary

Swindon and Wiltshire Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) is seeking a part-time Coordinator to ensure smooth administrative operations and act as the first point of contact for clients and professionals. The role includes crisis worker cover and temporary relocation duties during building works.

You’ll support the SARC Manager and Team Leader and may work at Gloucester SARC when needed. Expected duties include handling calls, data submissions, and reporting, with on-call hours and potential

Qualifications

• Experience with high-pressure crisis support and client contact.
• Ability to design, maintain and develop administrative systems and spreadsheets/databases.

Responsibilities

• Be the central point of contact for the manager and team leader and coordinate daily administration.
• Take calls, liaise with clients and professionals, and complete follow up calls.
• Process cases and referrals on the SARC Client Management System.
• Attend meetings and support outreach events as required.
