Job summary

First Light Swindon is seeking a part-time SARC Coordinator to support the Swindon Sexual Assault Referral Centre. The role involves main office duties, acting as the first point of contact, and providing Crisis Worker cover as required. Training will be provided and the post may involve travel to Gloucester during works.

The position is based in Swindon, 30 hours per week, with probation and pro-rata salary. You may join a team that responds to trauma with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Mathematics at grade C or above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and intermediate IT skills.
• Experience designing and developing administrative systems and spreadsheets/databases.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and able to communicate during crises.

Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for the SARC Manager and Team Leader.
• Day-to-day co-ordination and delivery of administration duties.
