Job summary

Arvato, part of Bertelsmann, is recruiting an SAP Super User to join the Birmingham site at Hams Hall. The role supports our warehouse operations by providing day-to-day SAP expertise, troubleshooting, training colleagues, and ensuring data accuracy to optimise processes.

You will act as the SAP champion in the warehouse, collaborate with operations and other teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while working fully onsite with rotating shifts.

Salary:£35,617 per annum
Working Pattern:Monday–Friday, rotating shifts
Shifts:6:00am–2:30pm and 10:00am–6:30pm
Working Arrangement:Fully onsite

Are you an experienced SAP user with a passion for systems, processes and continuous improvement? Arvato is looking for an SAP Super User to join our team at our Hams Hall warehouse.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our warehouse operation, helping colleagues get the most from SAP and ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience using SAP within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• A strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• The confidence to support and train colleagues at different levels.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
