Job summary

Arvato, part of Bertelsmann, is recruiting an SAP Super User to join the Birmingham site at Hams Hall. The role supports our warehouse operations by providing day-to-day SAP expertise, troubleshooting, training colleagues, and ensuring data accuracy to optimise processes.

You will act as the SAP champion in the warehouse, collaborate with operations and other teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while working fully onsite with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Confident in supporting and training colleagues at different levels.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for SAP within the warehouse environment.
• Provide day-to-day SAP support and guidance to colleagues.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues and escalate complex problems.
• Support the implementation and testing of SAP changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Train and coach colleagues on SAP processes and functionality.
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure correct transactions.
• Produce and analyse relevant SAP and operational reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
