Job summary

Arvato is seeking an SAP Super User to join our Hams Hall warehouse team in Birmingham. This onsite role supports SAP usage, processes, and continuous improvement across the warehouse operations.

You will act as the SAP expert, help colleagues, troubleshoot issues, participate in testing, and drive data accuracy and reporting to optimise daily activities.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain setting.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for SAP within the warehouse environment.
• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to colleagues using SAP.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Support SAP changes and UAT testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, system usage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations and other teams to resolve issues.
• Train and coach colleagues on SAP processes and functionality.
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure transactions are completed correctly.
• Produce and analyse relevant system and operational reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Job Description

Location:Hams Hall, Birmingham
Salary:£35,617 per annum
Working Pattern:Monday–Friday, rotating shifts
Shifts:6:00am–2:30pm and 10:00am–6:30pm
Working Arrangement:Fully onsite

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience usingSAP within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• A strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• The confidence to support and train colleagues at different levels.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
