Job summary

Arvato is seeking an SAP Super User to join our Hams Hall warehouse team in Birmingham. You will be the SAP expert on-site, providing daily support, training colleagues, and driving process improvements to ensure accurate transactions and optimal system use.

This role involves collaborating with warehouse and operations teams, testing SAP changes, and delivering insights from system reports. A strong background in SAP within logistics is essential.

Salary:£35,617 per annum
Working Pattern:Monday–Friday, rotating shifts
Shifts:6:00am–2:30pm and 10:00am–6:30pm
Working Arrangement:Fully onsite

Are you an experienced SAP user with a passion for systems, processes and continuous improvement? Arvato is looking for an SAP Super User to join our team at our Hams Hall warehouse.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our warehouse operation, helping colleagues get the most from SAP and ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience using SAP within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• A strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• The confidence to support and train colleagues at different levels.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
