Job summary

Arvato is hiring an SAP Super User at our Hams Hall warehouse in Birmingham. You will be the SAP focal point in the site, provide day-to-day SAP support, troubleshoot issues and help implement changes to improve processes and data accuracy.

Working fully onsite, you’ll train colleagues, generate relevant reports, and collaborate with warehouse operations to optimise performance. The role suits someone with SAP experience in logistics and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Confidence to support and train colleagues at different levels.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for SAP within the warehouse environment.
• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to colleagues using SAP.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues, escalating more complex problems where required.
• Support the implementation and testing of SAP system changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, system usage and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with warehouse, operations and other business teams to resolve issues.
• Help train and coach colleagues on SAP processes and functionality.
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure transactions are completed correctly.
• Produce and analyse relevant system and operational reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
