Job summary

The HR Fixers, a UK-based HR systems consultancy, seeks a specialist to make SAP SuccessFactors work—from configuration to ongoing optimization for client success. You’ll work with HR teams, IT and project stakeholders to transform messy data and clunky processes into reliable, value-adding solutions.

You'll lead projects across Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding and more, manage UAT and go-live activities, build dashboards, and train HR users.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors in HRIS/HR Technology roles.
• Comfortable configuring workflows, rules, permissions and system settings.
• Experience with upgrades, tests and change management.
• Ability to document as you go and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support SuccessFactors projects from implementation to day-to-day maintenance across EC, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation, and Learning.
• Map as-is and to-be processes and help redesign them.
• Cleanse, map, validate and migrate HR data from legacy systems.
• Configure workflows, business rules, role-based permissions and data models.
• Lead UAT and go-live activities with test scenarios, steps and cutover plans.
• Track down and fix system issues, coordinating with vendors when needed.
• Write documentation and user guides that are easy to follow.
• Run training sessions for HR users and stakeholders.
• Build reports and dashboards that stakeholders actually use.
• Manage system updates and releases.
• Help clients understand data structures for HR processes and GDPR compliance.
• Become a trusted part of the client's team.
