Job summary

The HR Fixers, a UK-based HR systems consultancy focused on SAP SuccessFactors, is seeking a specialist to configure, fix and enhance SF deployments. You’ll transform messy data and processes into reliable HR solutions for clients, collaborating with HR, IT and project stakeholders.

Key duties include implementing and maintaining modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation and Learning; plus reporting, data migration and change

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in an HRIS or HR Technology role.
• Comfortable configuring workflows, business rules, permissions and system settings.
• Solid grasp of SuccessFactors logic, data architecture and integration flows.
• Eye for detail and habit of documenting as you go.
• Experience with system upgrades, testing and change management.
• Confident talking to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Based in the UK, happy to travel to client sites when needed.
• Experience with the Compensation module is desirable.
• Bonus points for consulting, contracting or multi-client experience.

Responsibilities

• Support SuccessFactors projects from first implementation through to day-to-day maintenance across core modules.
• Map as-is and to-be processes and help redesign them.
• Cleanse, map, validate and migrate HR data from legacy systems.
• Configure workflows, rules, permissions and data models.
• Lead UAT and go-live activities with test scenarios and cutover plans.
• Identify and fix system issues, coordinating with vendors when needed.
• Write user guides and run training sessions for HR users.
• Build reports and dashboards used by clients.
• Manage system updates and releases.
• Explain how data structures support HR processes and GDPR compliance.
• Become a trusted part of the client's team.
