Job summary

The HR Fixers, a UK-based HR systems consultancy specializing in SAP SuccessFactors, seeks a hands-on specialist to configure, fix and improve SuccessFactors for client success. You’ll work with HR teams, IT and stakeholders to transform messy data and processes into reliable HR operations.

Responsibilities include supporting projects from implementation to maintenance across Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Succession, Compensation and Learning; plus data migration,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in an HRIS/HR tech role.
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, permissions and system settings.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors data architecture and integration flows.

Responsibilities

• Support SuccessFactors projects from implementation through maintenance across Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation and Learning.
• Map out as-is and to-be processes and help redesign them.
• Cleanse, map, validate and migrate HR data from legacy systems.
• Configure workflows, business rules, role-based permissions and data models.
• Take control over UAT and go-live activities with test scenarios and cutover plans.
• Track down and fix system issues, collaborating with vendors when needed.
• Write documentation and user guides for non-technical users.
• Run training sessions for HR users and stakeholders.
• Build reports and dashboards that are actually used.
• Manage system updates and releases.
• Explain how data structures support HR processes and compliance (GDPR).
• Become a trusted part of the client's team.
