Job summary

The HR Fixers is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors specialist to configure, fix and enhance our clients’ HR systems. You’ll translate messy data and processes into reliable, scalable solutions, working closely with HR, IT and project stakeholders across multiple modules.

You’ll design and deliver configurations, data migrations, training and dashboards, while maintaining a focus on GDPR compliance and best practices. This role is remote-first with travel to client sites in the UK as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in an HRIS/HR technology role.
• Experience configuring workflows, permissions and system settings.
• Strong grasp of data architecture and integration flows.
• Attention to detail and habit of documenting as you go.
• Experience with system upgrades, testing and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support SuccessFactors projects from implementation through day-to-day maintenance across modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation and Learning).
• Map as-is and to-be processes and help redesign them.
• Cleanse, map, validate and migrate HR data from legacy systems.
• Configure workflows, business rules, permissions and data models.
• Lead UAT and go-live activities with test scenarios and cutover plans.
• Track and fix system issues, liaising with vendors as needed.
• Write user guides and documentation for non-technical users.
• Run training sessions for HR users and stakeholders.
• Build reports and dashboards that are actually used by clients.
• Manage system updates and releases.Help clients understand data structures supporting HR processes and GDPR.
