Job summary

The HR Fixers, a UK-based HR systems consultancy, seeks a specialist to make SAP SuccessFactors work—configuring, fixing, and improving it for clients. You’ll partner with HR, IT and project stakeholders to translate messy data and processes into reliable solutions.

Responsibilities span implementation through maintenance, data migration, reporting, training and ongoing system upgrades. Travel to client sites in the UK is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in an HRIS/HR Tech role.
• Experience upgrading, testing and change management in SF.
• Ability to map as-is and to-be HR processes and redesign them.
• Comfortable documenting as you go and creating user guides.

Responsibilities

• Support SuccessFactors projects from implementation through day-to-day maintenance across modules.
• Map current processes and help redesign to-be processes.
• Migrate and cleanse HR data from legacy systems.
• Configure workflows, rules, permissions and data models.
• Lead UAT and go-live activities with test scenarios and cutover plans.
