Job summary

The HR Fixers are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors specialist to join our UK-based team. You will configure, fix and improve SuccessFactors, turning messy data and processes into reliable HR workflows for varied clients.

You’ll work with HR, IT and project stakeholders to deliver real value. Based in the UK, you’ll travel to client sites as needed and contribute to implementation projects, upgrades, testing and training.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in an HRIS or HR Technology role.
• Comfortable configuring workflows, business rules, permissions and system settings.
• Solid grasp of SuccessFactors logic, data architecture and integration flows.
• Experience with system upgrades, testing and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support SuccessFactors projects from implementation through day-to-day maintenance.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes and redesign HR workflows.
• Cleanse, map, validate and migrate HR data from legacy systems.
• Configure workflows, rules, permissions and data models.
• Lead UAT and cutover activities for go-live.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Create user guides and run HR user training sessions.
• Build reports and dashboards used by clients.
• Manage system updates and releases.
• Explain data structures to support HR processes and compliance (GDPR).
• Become a trusted part of the client team.
