Job summary

The HR Fixers, a SAP SuccessFactors specialist, are looking for a consultant to configure, fix and enhance SAP SuccessFactors for client organisations across the UK. You’ll convert messy data and processes into reliable HR systems, working with HR teams, IT and project stakeholders.

Based in the UK and comfortable travelling to client sites, you’ll guide upgrades, report building, and change management, delivering real value while acting as a trusted part of the client team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in an HRIS or HR Technology role.
• Configure workflows, business rules, permissions and system settings.
• Solid grasp of SuccessFactors logic, data architecture and integration flows.
• Attention to detail and habit of documenting as you go.
• Experience with system upgrades, testing and change management.
• Confident talking to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Based in the UK, happy to travel to client sites when needed.
• Experience with the Compensation module is desirable.
• Bonus for consulting, contracting or multi-client experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, fix, and improve SAP SuccessFactors implementations for clients.
• Map and redesign HR processes across Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, and more.
• Migrate and cleanse HR data from legacy systems.
• Develop workflows, rules, permissions, and data models.
• Lead UAT and go-live activities with test scenarios and cutover plans.
• Troubleshoot system issues with vendors as needed.
• Create documentation and user guides that are easy to follow.
• Run training sessions for HR users and stakeholders.
• Build reports and dashboards that drive user adoption.
• Manage system updates and releases.
• Explain how data structures support HR processes and compliance (GDPR).
• Become a trusted part of the client's team.
