Job summary

The HR Fixers, a UK-based HR systems consultancy, seeks an SAP SuccessFactors specialist to configure, fix, improve and enable clients to gain real value from SF. You will collaborate with HR teams, IT and stakeholders to convert messy data and processes into reliable, scalable systems.

You will support projects from implementation through ongoing maintenance across Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation and Learning, while writing user guides

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in an HRIS or HR technology role.
• Comfortable configuring workflows, business rules, permissions and system settings.
• Solid grasp of SuccessFactors data architecture and integration flows.

Responsibilities

• Support SuccessFactors projects from implementation through day-to-day maintenance across Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation and Learning.
• Map current processes and help redesign to-be processes.
• Cleanse, map, validate and migrate HR data from legacy systems.
