Job summary

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support delivery, configuration and ongoing optimisation of a complex EC environment. This role is hands-on and requires deep expertise across EC modules and HR data migration.

You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders, leading workshops and delivering scalable SuccessFactors solutions across core HR, employee data, security, workflows and integrations.

Qualifications

• Certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant.
• 2-3 end-to-end Employee Central implementations completed.
• Hands-on EC configuration across Foundation Objects, HRIS Elements, HRIS Sync, and Dynamic Filters.
• Experience with Time Off and Absence Management configurations.
• Expertise with MDF Objects, Position Management, RBP, Workflows, and Event Derivation.
• Experience migrating employee data and handling complex HR scenarios globally.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, MDF Objects, Position Management, Workflows, and RBP.
• Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to translate HR requirements into EC solutions.
• Design and maintain MDF Objects, data models, provisioning settings, and scheduled jobs.
• Develop workflows, alerts, rules, notifications, and employee documentation for HR processes.
• Manage Employee Central security, RBP groups, roles, and country-specific criteria.
• Support Time Off and Absence Management across complex HR processes.
