Job summary

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support delivery, configuration and ongoing optimisation of a complex EC environment. This contract role focuses on EC modules including Time Off, MDF Objects, Position Management and RBP, with strong emphasis on data migration and HR processes.

You will work with stakeholders to design scalable EC solutions, lead workshops and ensure secure access via RBPs, while supporting both project delivery and daily

Qualifications

• Experience as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant.
• Strong hands-on EC configuration across EC modules.
• Experience leading workshops and delivering scalable EC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central including Time Off, MDF Objects, Position Management, Workflows, Business Rules and RBP.
• Lead business/workshops translating HR requirements into EC configurations and solutions.
• Design and maintain MDF objects, configuration UI, data models, provisioning settings and scheduled jobs.
• Develop workflows, alerts, rules, notifications and HR documentation for process automation.
• Manage Employee Central security and system access including RBP groups and country-specific criteria.
