Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Manager to lead EC and Compensation delivery across client projects. You will translate business needs into robust SuccessFactors design and configuration, work with clients to gather requirements, and guide teams through implementation cycles.

You will be a hands-on consultant with proven EC/Comp expertise, capable of leading workshops and delivering scalable solutions on a global platform.

Qualifications

• Experience as functional expert for Employee Central and Compensation modules.
• Lead a workstream or small team on SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Translate client business requirements into design documents and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional expert for EC and Compensation modules.
• Lead design, configuration, testing and deployment for EC/Comp functionalities.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into solution designs and configuration.
• Produce high-quality functional specifications and end-user documentation.
• Participate in client workshops, presentations and training sessions.
