Accenture in the UK is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join our SAP delivery projects, focusing on Employee Central and Time Off modules. You will collaborate with clients to translate business needs into robust design, configure solutions, and drive value across projects.

You will lead workstreams, guide junior consultants, support data migration and integrations, and contribute to pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules.
• Ability to lead workstreams and manage design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and configurations.

Responsabilités

• Lead functional workstreams or small teams on EC and Time Off projects.
• Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, and templates per best practices.
• Support data migration, integrations and security design as part of the solution.
• Produce high-quality functional specs, design docs and end-user documentation.
• Participate in client workshops, presentations and training sessions.
