Job summary

Accenture is hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to drive SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules across delivery projects. You will translate client needs into robust design and configurations, while leading functional workstreams and collaborating with business and technical teams.

You will apply deep SAP SuccessFactors knowledge to deliver high-value solutions, support data migration and integrations, and contribute to client workshops and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off

Responsibilities

• Act as functional expert for EC and Time Off modules across SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Lead functional workstreams or small teams on long‑term engagements.
• Gather and analyse client requirements; translate into design and configuration.
• Configure workflows, rules, permissions, compensation templates and eligibility rules.
• Support data migration, integrations with Payroll/Finance/Talent, and security design.
• Produce specifications, design documents and end‑user documentation.
• Participate in client workshops, presentations and training sessions.
• Guide junior consultants and share knowledge within the team.
