Job summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Variable Pay Lead Consultant to drive design, configuration and deployment of compensation solutions. You will provide leadership, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure delivery quality across the workstream.

The role requires certification in SuccessFactors Compensation, 5 years of consulting experience, and 3-5 years HR knowledge. Travel to client sites is expected, with remote work opportunities where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business.
• SuccessFactors compensation module certification.
• 5 years of SuccessFactors consulting experience implementing Compensation & Variable Pay.
• 3-5 years HR experience or familiarity with HR concepts.

Position title: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Variable Pay Lead Consultant

Role Summary:

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions. Provide overall solution leadership, manage stakeholder engagement, drive best practices, and oversee delivery quality across the workstream.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Compensation and Variable Pay solution design workshops.
• Define and validate business requirements and target processes.
• Provide functional leadership and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage client stakeholders and provide strategic advisory support.
• Review configurations, testing outcomes, and deployment readiness.
• Mentor consultants and support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business.
• Professional SuccessFactors module certification in Compensation.
• 5 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience implementing Compensation & Variable Pay.
• 3-5 years of Human Resource business experience or familiarity with key Human Resources concepts.

• Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to compliment system consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
