Job summary

CloudSculpts Solutions ltd is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team and support design, configuration, implementation, testing and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, project managers and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions and drive successful end-to-end processes across HR, payroll and time management.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP, HR systems, payroll systems or similar enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with system testing, functional testing or UAT support.
• Ability to prepare clear functional, process and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to learn new SAP SuccessFactors modules and processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Participate in workshops, business process mapping and solution-design activities.
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on requirements.
• Support new implementations, system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare functional, configuration, process and technical documentation.
• Perform system configuration, unit testing, integration testing and support UAT.
• Analyse system issues, troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions.
• Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, payroll and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Time Management, Integration and technical teams for end-to-end processes.
• Support data migration, data validation and system-testing activities as needed.
• Assist with SuccessFactors releases, upgrades, regression testing and system changes.
• Deliver knowledge transfer, user support and post-go-live assistance.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system functionality.
• Ensure solutions follow SAP SuccessFactors best practices and project standards.

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our growing team and support the design, configuration, implementation, testing and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

We welcome applications from experienced SAP SuccessFactors professionals as well as candidates who may not currently have experience across every area listed below but have relevant SAP, HR systems, payroll, time management, integration or implementation experience and demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, functional consultants and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP, HR systems, payroll systems or a comparable enterprise application.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Experience with system testing, functional testing or UAT support.


• Ability to prepare clear functional, process and technical documentation.


• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.


• Ability and willingness to learn new SAP SuccessFactors modules, technologies and business processes.


• SAP SuccessFactors certification would be advantageous but is not mandatory where the candidate can demonstrate relevant practical experience and a willingness to develop further.
