Job summary

Accenture Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding Lead to drive end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients in the UK.

You will design, configure, and deploy scalable talent acquisition and onboarding solutions, guiding project teams from requirements through go-live and hyper-care. You will partner with client stakeholders, manage timelines and scope, and mentor consultants while ensuring governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with proven delivery experience in Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
• Demonstrated experience leading end‑to‑end implementation projects in a client‑facing role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly talent acquisition and onboarding lifecycle.
• Experience managing project stakeholders and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Hands‑on experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

• Drive workshops, design sessions, and user training to support solution adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and integration workstreams.
