Qualifications

• Experience as SAP SuccessFactors Functional Manager
• Proven ability to lead workstreams or small teams
• Experience translating client requirements into design and configuration
• Knowledge of Employee Central and Compensation modules, with SAP SuccessFactors certifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional expert for Employee Central and Compensation.
• Lead a workstream and/or support design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate into solution designs and configuration.
• Configure workflows, rules, permissions, compensation templates and eligibility rules.
• Support data migration, integrations and security design as part of the overall solution.
• Produce functional specifications, design documents and end-user documentation.
