Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Administrator to join our HR Technology team serving as the lead analyst for Position Management and supporting Recruiting and Onboarding. As an SAP SuccessFactors Administrator you will play a key role in configuring, supporting and optimizing our SAP SuccessFactors platform, driving efficiency and enhancing the employee experience. You will serve as a functional expert working closely with HR IT and business partners to ensure our systems are aligned with organizational needs.

Position can be remote with a preferred location within commuting distance to Kent Ohio.

The annual salary range is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00

Job Duties
  • Provide daily configuration support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors modules and related HCM systems. This role focuses on the Position Management module and supports the Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Manage updates and integrations and ensure accurate, compliant data exchange with internal and external platforms.
  • Collaborate on system projects and implementations with cross‑functional teams to optimize system capabilities and ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze HR processes and recommend system improvements.
  • Lead testing, deliver end‑user training and resolve system issues to ensure functionality adoption and data integrity.
  • Ensure system compliance, manage upgrades and patches and support reporting, analytics and audits.
Qualifications
  • Required: Experience with hands‑on configuration and daily support of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Required: Deep expertise in the SuccessFactors Position Management module.
  • Required: Deep expertise in one or more additional SuccessFactors modules: Succession, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding and Compensation.
  • Required: Strong understanding of HR business processes including data management, alignment of business goals, succession management and recruitment.
  • Required: Experience with system integrations, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Required: Excellent problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: Basic knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Preferred: Understanding of role‑based permissions, security administration and data privacy compliance.
