• 10 to 12 years of experience in two or more SAP modules or submodules.
• At least four full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
• Experience in the UK and Public sector is an advantage.
• Ability to work in both Pre-Sales and implementation teams.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements into SAP functionality, identify fit/gap, and propose technical solutions.
• Lead detailed module-specific explore sessions.
• Proficient in using Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes, review release notes, and solution roadmaps; provide guidance to customers on release strategies.
• Understand complete Module/Application SAP functionality and integration points with other modules.
• Utilize SAP’s functionality and integration to meet business requirements.
• Plan configuration and master data development effectively.
• Estimate resources needed to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure SAP meets project objectives and vision.
• Familiar with SAP implementation methodologies such as ASAP, Activate, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist in projects and change requests related to technology and service transitions. Manage reporting, issue resolution, risks, and dependencies. Proactively identify planning gaps, implement mitigations, and drive actions to resolve issues.
• Provide project leadership by discussing and championing the business case for change to a business audience. Participate in and execute high-value business solutions, including planning, deployment, budget management, risk management, systems integration, and software development.
• Create and negotiate statements of work, develop planning and milestones, and handle financial reporting. Fluent in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with offshore development teams, rationalizing development work, and leading execution.
• Assist in managing tools, processes, and approaches supporting business transition events.
