We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager with ERP implementation expertise to join our expanding SAP Business One and Infor SunSystems team. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent quality and value delivery across all client engagements. The ideal candidate will proactively lead project delivery, collaborate with teams, and maintain excellent client relationships.

This client-facing position requires:

1. Proven experience managing SAP Business One and/or SunSystems projects
2. Technical and commercial understanding of ERP solutions
3. Strong client engagement skills that inspire confidence

The role spans from project initiation to go-live, focusing on enhancing and transforming client operations across various industries. Candidates should be comfortable handling projects of varying sizes (40-250+ man-days), familiar with structured project methodologies, and possess at least 5 years of ERP project management experience. Excellent English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing multiple projects and ensuring high-quality delivery
2. Leading and assembling project teams
3. Engaging with clients to understand and meet their needs
4. Maintaining project documentation and adhering to governance processes
5. Monitoring project financials, including profitability and billing
6. Managing project risks and change management activities
7. Building technical knowledge of ERP systems and industry trends
8. Supervising and line managing two Mid-Market Project Managers

Required skills include certifications such as PMP, Agile PM, PRINCE2, or PMBOK, along with experience managing up to 10-15 projects concurrently. Knowledge of financial, accounting, and distribution systems, as well as ERP solutions like SAP B1, SunSystems, MS D365FO, or Netsuite, is necessary. Experience with global projects and line management is preferred.
