Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Ownership:
Builds and maintains strong client relationships, tailoring services to customer needs. Leads and influences teams effectively. Ensures contracts are clear, with services aligned to revenue and EBIT targets. Protects margins (>25%). Manages WBS codes, estimates, POs/FOCs per business processes. Makes sound decisions, solves complex issues, and identifies growth opportunities. Builds trust and serves as a bridge to NTT DATA. Drives a cloud-first mindset.
Project Delivery:
Delivers projects per NTT DATA methodologies, ensuring budget, timeline, and quality targets. Manages risks, shares updates, and maintains change control. Reports progress and RAID status weekly. Establishes quality standards and plans risk mitigation. Applies a cloud-first approach to delivery.
People Management and Development:
Continuously develops technical and soft skills. Shares knowledge, mentors team members, and supports onboarding and development.
Utilisation and Revenue:
Drives revenue and utilisation targets. Manages project portfolios, resource deployment, and service delivery. Escalates and maximises revenue opportunities. Aligns with wider NTT and partner ecosystem. Minimises FOC days.
Project Methodology and Organisation:
Defines project delivery approach and plans resources, costs, and timelines.
Contract Management:
Understands complex contracts, monitors costs/benefits, and manages change requests.
PM Tools (NTT DATA):
Proficient in NTT DATA project tools and Cloud ALM.
Technical & Business Management Integration:
Contributes to technical discussions, supports decision-making with process understanding.
Communication and Behaviour:
Drives outcomes through leadership, moderates conflicts, and manages change confidently.
Task and Time Management:
Manages multiple sub-projects, sets milestones, and tracks delivery.
Problem Solving:
Makes sound decisions, escalates issues promptly when needed.
Commitment:
Champions company strategy, promotes integration, and gives/receives constructive feedback.
