Job summary

Office Angels are supporting a global business in Ashford for a Customer Service Administrator role with SAP responsibility. The position offers 37 hours per week, a 12-month temporary contract, and one day of work-from-home in a modern Ashford office with free parking.

You will build relationships with business customers, handle inquiries, process changes, and maintain accurate records while working closely with shipping and warehouse teams to support demand planning.

Qualifications

• Business to business customer service or account management experience.
• Proficient in using SAP.
• Experience in shipping or logistics is a plus.
• Excellent IT skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with business customers and provide superior service.
• Handle inquiries from internal and external customers with timely responses.
• Create debit and credit notes and process returns and refunds.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with shipping/warehouse and update stock reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
• Proactively seek customer feedback and act on it.
