Office Angels are recruiting an Accounts Receivable Assistant for a Global company based in Ashford, Kent. The role is temporary for 6 months with immediate start, in a large Finance team; after training you can work from home three days a week with an early 3pm finish on Fridays.

You will ensure customer payments are received on terms, resolve invoice issues and liaise with Commercial, Customer Service and Finance. The position offers weekly pay and a supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit Control/Finance
• Strong attention to detail
• Available immediately and committed to starting a new role

Responsabilités

• Ensure customer payments are received in accordance to agreed payment terms
• Acting as a point of contact for customers to resolve invoice issues and collect payments
• Liaising effectively with Commercial, Customer Service and Finance teams
• Bank Reconciliation for incoming cash
• Applying payments, debit and credit memos to customer accounts
• Assisting with month-end close process for receivables (Bank Reconciliation and AR balances reconciliation)
• Processing customers rebates and manual credit notes
• Preparing Accounts Receivable Monthly Analysis
• Preparing of the Quarterly Bad Debt accrual
• Other accounts duties as required
