Job summary

Confidential in Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Administrator to support customer accounts, quotations and order processing.

In this permanent role, you will process orders in SAP, prepare quotations, respond to inquiries, maintain records, and liaise with internal teams to ensure on‑time fulfilment. Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, salary up to 28,000 with training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales Administration or Customer Service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders using SAP
• Preparing and managing quotations
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Maintaining customer records and sales information
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
