This fully on‑site role includes SAP training and collaboration with sales, production and procurement to meet customer needs. Mon-Thu 8:30–17:15, Fri 5:00 finish; probationary review with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or office administration.
• Confident, articulate and enthusiastic communication on the phone.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Sharp eye for detail and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming customer calls and entering quotations and orders onto the system accurately.
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service and communicating the right information every time.
• Managing a shared sales inbox and responding promptly to enquiries.
• Taking ownership of orders from entry on SAP through to delivery of goods.
• Guiding customers to the right product solution for their application.
• Preparing and sending quotations promptly and following up as needed.
• Issuing order confirmations and checking customer acknowledgement.
• Liaising with Production to prevent and resolve issues.
