Job summary

Arvato is seeking an SAP Super User to join our Hams Hall warehouse team, onsite in Birmingham. You will be the SAP expert, providing daily support, guidance, and training to colleagues to keep processes running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll troubleshoot issues, test changes, and identify improvements across SAP usage, collaborating with warehouse and operations teams to enhance data accuracy and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Confidence to support and train colleagues at different levels.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for SAP within the warehouse environment.
• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to colleagues using SAP.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues, escalating more complex problems where required.
• Support the implementation and testing of SAP system changes and UAT testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, system usage and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with warehouse, operations and other business teams to resolve issues.
• Help train and coach colleagues on SAP processes and functionality.
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure transactions are completed correctly.
• Produce and analyse relevant system and operational reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Job Description

Location:Hams Hall, Birmingham
Salary:£35,617 per annum
Working Pattern:Monday–Friday, rotating shifts
Shifts:6:00am–2:30pm and 10:00am–6:30pm
Working Arrangement:Fully onsite

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
